Personal data protection

Based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), Medistyl adopted measures to avoid unauthorised or accidental access to personal data, i.e., data change, destruction or loss, unauthorised disclosure/transmission and processing or any other personal data abuse.

Access to personal data has been secured in line with the GDPR. Specifically, our company adopted a directive defining organisational and technical measures and procedures relating to employees’ obligation to ensure the security of personal data processed and a directive specifying details of the use of information and communication technologies. Furthermore, contractual terms and conditions for our contractual partners have been completed with a personal data non-disclosure clause as required by the GDPR.
